Our bodies were never designed to handle the stress we put them under. We aren’t supposed to be in fight or flight mode 24/7. All physical illness begins and is maintained with emotion. That’s right feelings. So while you’re smiling politely at that co-worker you can’t stand, there is an internal conflict going on in your physical body that causes dis-ease over time.
- What if you adjusted your communication skills so that people began to do what you want instead of what you don’t want? How would your life be different? How would your stress level be affected?
- What if you understood yourself, your significant other, parents and children 80% better? How would your relationships change? And would it make a difference in your stress level?
